In today's society, many are driven by external beauty based on outward appearance. Many are fighting against time to preserve their youth at all costs. Behold and appreciate your Beauty.

Go within and acknowledge your wisdom, goodness, and acts of loving-kindness. Beauty is the light of the soul. It is more than just physical appearance. Do you find yourself reliving the past and thinking more about the future? If so, you are not present in your life. Being present is treasuring each moment and fully engaging in life. When we are present we are attentive to ourselves and others. We pay attention to how we are treating ourselves and whether negative self-talk overrides opportunities to love and care for yourself. When we learn to be present with ourselves, we can be present with others and create better relationships. Do not miss your life by not being present. Live here now! Here are some points for self-reflection to consider: 


-What valuable lessons have you learned from the past and move on?

-Do you pay attention to sensations of scent, sight, hearing, taste, and touch?

-Do you multitask without focusing fully on one task?

Do you try to control the outcome of life circumstances? Do you go against the flow of life? Do you find yourself disappointed as a result of expectations? We cannot fix what has already happened. It takes a heart of Love to let go and surrender, flow of life, and trust that your are just where you need to be to learn and grow. When we are struck we are not present with life.


Accepting ourselves and life events may seem to be passive, but it is not resignation but an active step on your path forward to create something new. Accept yourself with love and self-compassion and you will free yourself and open the space to create something new: Reflect on the following:

How we express ourselves in our daily lives have a dramatic impact on the well-being of ourselves and others. It can leave a negative first impression and lasting effect. As stated by Henry Drummond, we are inclined to look upon bad temper as a very harmless weakness. We speak of it as a mere infirmity of nature, a matter of temperament, not a things to take into very serious account in estimating a man's character. And yet here, right in the heart of the analysis of love, it finds a place... Condemn it as one of the most destructive elements of nature".

Good Temper is truly caring for ourselves in a loving way. The energy of anger lingers in our energy feel and is hard to shake. Be the highest expression of LOVE with GOOD TEMPER. Take the time to be with yourself in a loving way. It will impact your presence in the outer world.

Do you depend on others to make decisions? How can you TRUST YOURSELF? We all have the innate power to follow our internal guidance that is the ultimate inner teacher and gift of the soul. The wisdom is crystal clear. I have learned to take time and be Patient with myself without the need to rush and make quick decisions.

When you TRUST YOURSELF, you will not second guess your decisions. I will give an example of how it works. One day I had a pressing decision to make and my thinking mind kept ruminating on outcomes and consequences. It was exhausting and frustrating. Relying on Divine guidance, I asked for the right decision and did not think about it anymore. The next morning I awakened with a clear message that came in a quiet whisper, a Biblical scripture which was the answer I needed. Trust your inner voice that never fails:

Do you depend on others to make decisions? How can you TRUST YOURSELF? We all have the innate power to follow our internal guidance that is the ultimate inner teacher and gift of the soul. The wisdom is crystal clear. I have learned to take time and be Patient with myself without the need to rush and make quick decisions.

When you TRUST YOURSELF, you will not second guess your decisions. I will give an example of how it works. One day I had a pressing decision to make and my thinking mind kept ruminating on outcomes and consequences. It was exhausting and frustrating. Relying on Divine guidance, I asked for the right decision and did not think about it anymore. The next morning I awakened with a clear message that came in a quiet whisper, a Biblical scripture which was the answer I needed. Trust your inner voice that never fails:
